When you attend a Redemption Church (Redemption Church of LC) worship service, gathering, or event, please be aware that photography, video, and audio recording may occur.

Redemption Church reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken at services, gatherings, and events sponsored by the church without the expressed written permission of individuals depicted in the media.

These images and recordings may be used in publications or other media materials produced by Redemption Church, including but not limited to bulletins, invitations, videos, newspapers, advertisements, television, websites, and social media platforms.

If you do not wish to have your or your child's image included in the abovementioned, please indicate your preference by completing an opt-out form. This form should be submitted with photographs of each person you wish to exclude from church media for reference.

By participating in a worship service, gathering, or event at Redemption Church and by not notifying us in writing of your desire for your likeness not to be used, you agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Redemption Church and its authorized photographers, from any claims related to the use of your image or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Redemption Church may not copy, alter, or modify Redemption Church photographs, graphics, videography, or similar reproductions without prior written permission from the authorized photographer or videographer of Redemption Church.
