Our elders shepherd the church. They protect the doctrines of our faith and in doing so prevent false teaching from coming into the church. Each of our elders host a small group and are directly involved in loving the body of Christ. They are active participants in the church and they prayerfully seek what God is doing so we can follow well.

The foundation group are the day to day managers of the church. They put the vision to work. This allows the elders to concentrate on the spiritual and visionary aspects of the church. They are the hands and feet of the church.

The staff at Redemption work to equip the saints. Their main goal is to deepen the church's understanding of Christ and what He has done for us. Our desire is for each believer to walk in the manner they were called and to work within the gifts the Holy Spirit has given them.
